Scheduling: How do you avoid scheduling conflicts?
During the practice setup, the practitioner define the schedule and we create a template version for recurring appointments, appointment length preferences, and other customizable features. This allows the scheduler to know what is available and for what appointment type at all times. Also, because it is real time, the second a change is made in either office, it is instantaneously viewable.
